Returns & Exchanges

At NSM PRET, we aim for your complete satisfaction. Please review our policy carefully regarding returns and exchanges.

1. Faulty Product Received (Damaged/Defected or Incorrect Order)

If the article you received is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

  • Resolution: The product will be exchanged for another.

  • Shipping Costs: NSM PRET will bear all shipping costs in this specific case.

2. General Exchanges (Change of Mind/Size/Color)

An exchange is applicable only when the following conditions are met:

  • Your request for return and exchange is sent within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Goods were purchased ONLY through the official NSM PRET website.

  • The product tags/insert cards are intact.

You can request an exchange if:

  • You are not satisfied with the product received.

  • You are not satisfied with the color or fabric.

Note on Shipping: The customer will have to pay all shipping expenses for general exchanges (change of mind, size, color, or fabric satisfaction).

3. Non-Eligible Items for Exchange/Return

You cannot apply for a return or exchange if the items have:

  • Any stains or marks.

  • Body odors or perfume scents.

  • Damages or water stains.

  • Any signs of wear or washing.

4. Cash Refunds

NSM PRET does not offer any cash refunds.

  • We offer an online store credit (coupon) or the chance to exchange your product for another, depending on the situation.

5. Sale Items

  • Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned once purchased.
