1. Faulty Product Received (Damaged/Defected or Incorrect Order)
If the article you received is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Resolution: The product will be exchanged for another.

Shipping Costs: NSM PRET will bear all shipping costs in this specific case.
2. General Exchanges (Change of Mind/Size/Color)
An exchange is applicable only when the following conditions are met:

Your request for return and exchange is sent within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Goods were purchased ONLY through the official NSM PRET website.

The product tags/insert cards are intact.
You can request an exchange if:

You are not satisfied with the product received.

You are not satisfied with the color or fabric.
Note on Shipping: The customer will have to pay all shipping expenses for general exchanges (change of mind, size, color, or fabric satisfaction).
3. Non-Eligible Items for Exchange/Return
You cannot apply for a return or exchange if the items have:

Any stains or marks.

Body odors or perfume scents.

Damages or water stains.

Any signs of wear or washing.
4. Cash Refunds
NSM PRET does not offer any cash refunds.

We offer an online store credit (coupon) or the chance to exchange your product for another, depending on the situation.
5. Sale Items

Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned once purchased.
